But can't waste a 'winter' veg - &, of course, the second cropping Calabrese can always be frozen. Or in a cold salad?

I have just swapped some courgettes for some curly kale (from another plotholder), but I have never had it before. Which is the best way to cook it do you think?  ??? busy_lizzie

Try steaming it and roll it in butter. I take out the central stalk 1st though. :)
