My very very first ever ! and he was scrummy too. I did offer to share but the other half said "no you go ahead dear". wise man.
AND a wee cauli poking through and some lilies for Georgie and Windy.
;D
Well done missus! Must be tomato tome in Glasgow - we had our first two this week. I've never grown them before so I'm pure dead chuffed. Your caulis are bigger than mine though ;)
Oh I say, Mrs KP, that is one beautiful lily. Is it scented?
G x
Sadly no Georgie. The majority of the one's i've grown this year seem to have no scent, or not much which is a little disappoiting. And my dinner plate size white one (remember that) still has to put in an appearance which is a bit of a mystery where it has gone to ! :o
Lol greenstar, the cauli is probably not much bigger than the tom but i was so thrilled when i found it, there's a couple more coming through as well. i renetted the whole cauli patch just incase the birdies took a liking to them.
found a bolting cabbage though ??? i wondered why it had taken off head and shoulders bigger than its neighbours! can i do anything with it apart from chuck it on the heap ?
???
Aww, that's a shame, Mrs KP. :( But look what's just coming out here, Lily Nippon. :D G x
