Title: Really silly early PSB question

Now you all know by now that I have no idea what I'm doing  :P please tell me where I cut my early (?) PSB.

Hopefully by next year, I'll have stopped asking these dafty questions.

yes, more sprouts come from the leaf joints
personally, I cut the stems 3 or 4 inches long so you have something to hold when you dip the end in the butter ;)

In all 'shooting' veg, the stem is the delicacy, rather than the palate-tickling flower.I think!!

Break them off as low down as they are tender. If they break, they're tender.

got a few more stems to wait for and then will start breaking.  ;D

I was surprised to find anything at all this year, and i thought I had to wait until spring.  ::)

I snapped a bag full today.  I am a stem girl, devine!  I have sooooooooooo many PSB plants that we are having it at every meal at the moment....and the 9 star broc hasn't stopped since it started!  :-\
