Post by: Mimi on July 06, 2006, 22:33:25
Home made quiches??????  I have a party coming up and want to get as much as I can made, and  frozen before the day.  I plan to make the following, but dont know if they will be ok after freezing .....what do you think??

Cheese and red onion quiche
Chicken and sweetcorn quiche
Quiche Lorraine.

I always freeze quiches as when I want to make one, I always make two and bung one in the deep freeze.  As they aren't going to be in there for long, I imagine they will be fine - the only thing I would worry about is the pastry going soft, but careful defrosting so the air can circulate should do the trick.  Yum, love quiche!  :)
