Title: brocali gone to flower!

My Brocali has gone to flower before forming proper set heads, any one know what might have caused this?

1. Early check in growth?
2. Drought?
3. Loose planting?
4. Poor soil?

yes they might have been loose and soil dry, first yr of doing it u see
