daughter number one helped so we selected the biggest and best and plaited them. I have about another dozen loose which were small, damaged or had mini bulbils growing up the stem, and these will be mashed and frozen in ice cube trays for use later when the rest has gone.

Wonderful., number one daughter is well on the road for next generation gardener :)
Wow, hope she's proud of that E-J! She's acquiring plot skills as well as strawberry stains then? ;)
the garlic look fabulously healthy too - glossy!
Great specimens. And no rot? Breathe again.
