Title: Please can anyone help
Post by: flossie on June 29, 2006, 19:19:15
Was given a disc today - really important for work - video /sound on a CDR

Needed more copies so put it in my machine and copied it.

Have tried to "play" the copies the machine says there is no disc in the machine

The worst thing is that it does not seem to recognise the original disc - am really worried I have lost all the filming.

Is there any way out of this mess

All help really appreciated

First things first!! How sure are you that the original disc held anything whatsoever!! that would mean that you simply attempted to copy a blank disc?

An obvious check is that it recognises a disc you know to be good, It's always possible your Cd drive has died and there's nothing wrong with your CDR.
