Title: Yellow mangetout - so excited!
Post by: supersprout on June 16, 2006, 20:31:34
Growing yellow and blue mangetout for the first time this year - the yellows had grown pods overnight. So excited I couldn't keep the camera still! ;D

Golden Sweet, sown 20 April, so two months to cropping - I think that's fast! :D

Harvest time - that interested me.  Found a quote - "Days to Harvest. Approximately 60 days for shelling peas, 'Sugar Snap' peas 62 days and snowpeas/mange tout 68 days."

Also note that MT are, in many cases, immature Sugar Snaps??
