dunno, pretty though.
If it is what I think it is, I think I sent you the seeds didn't I? Isn't it chilean Glory vine?
thanks EJ ;D ;D
labelling is not my strong point ::) but i remember now planting some of your seeds as soon as they arrived last year
unfotunately the ones i planted in march never germinated :(
so thanks again EJ & so glad is not a weed ;D
AKA Eccremocarpus (sic!) can have red/yellow/orange flowers, watch those large seed pods when they have flowered, if it likes your garden it will mount a take over bid!
:)
Yup, every year I oik it out as I grow it alongside a honeysuckle, and every year is comes back at about 68mph! Pulled a load out earlier in the week - it seems to like it rough! :-X
I have one trying to strangle one of my dwarf pomegranates, seeded itself into the pot, the foliage contrast is quite stunning!

Sorry to encroach on your thread Gw, but I note saddad that you grow pomegranates. I have had one in a pot for years and have had very few flowers, except for about 6 years ago when it had a mass of flowers, but hardly any since. Does yours flower, and if so, do you feed it with anything in particular? I just tend to use the old tomato feed for most things :) Photo attached.
