Dracunculus vulgaris, an iris, a saxifrage, and eggs which some insect has laid on my elephant garlic.
wow just look at those eggs, aren't they beautiful !!!
fantastic, amazing.
;D
insect eggs mostly are when you get close in. I'd need to get closer to see them at their best, but that would take specialised equipment which I don't have at the moment.
That is a brilliant shot Robert! These do look so perfect the way they are placed - like a little installation! busy_lizzie
Lovely photographs. I wonder what those eggs will turn out to be ??? ::)
;D
That's the question; they look rather like Lepidoptera eggs, but I can't find anything which eats leeks or garlic.
They are so neetly deposited, it's just absolutely amazing. Let's hope that when they hatch, they will leave soon after. ;D
Nice pics Robert, I love the saxifrage, so delicate. :)

I'm fascinated by the eggs too, please let us know what they are if you find out. Lovely photos :)
They haven't hatched yet. I'm keeping an eye on them because I'd like to find out myself if possible.
lovely :)
