Great Ken - is there no end to your talent ;) :D ;D What are you going to plant in it ???
Do you want to move to Scotland by any chance?????
Eileen.
How perfectly twee. Do you make gnomes as well?
I'm on boot number 20 something. They make great pressies. There's a drain hole so they can be planted using just compo or with a plant-pot.
Cor Ken, not only are the the photo king, you are the DIY champion! Love it!

They're really great Ken - much better than the boring old concrete one I bought from the garden centre. Pity they're too heavy to send through the post or I would have one ::) :)
Ken, your boots were made for planting. They are a great work of art, and I would certainly have one off you. I'm looking at the place where it would go too. Congrats on your skill.
Keeps me off the streets and on the straight and narrow, Colin. (Only 'cos they're too heavy to do a sideways move in!)
Are you connected to the Mob Ken? I'm going to keep on your good side, I don't fancy wearing them!
Your boots are great, Ken! What a great idea and really well done! :D busy_lizzie
Cor! Thanks you lot. If I was in the UK I'd make you all a leftfooted one each.
Wow!!! So impressed!!
Just seen the finished boots KK. ;D
Wish you could come to Scotland as I'm sure you'd do a roaring trade.
You couldn't send some magic dust over could you instead? Maybe then my Ian would be able to do all the wonderful things you can.
I agree with you - a trailing plant would look lovely.
Really impressed, any more photographs of other projects you can let us all drool over? :P
Eileen.
Well,,, I once bought a hugh chunk of maple (about a foot square) with the intention of carving it into a coach and four. Chisels and mallet in hand, tongue between teeth I set to. Bits of chipping flew all over the shed. Boy, was I a happy chappy, shaping an' filing' an' gouging to my hearts content. 3 weeks later I came out of the shed and proudly presented to my wife (at the time) a beautifully carved and highly polished .... teaspoon!
