GW. Great pics. I am going to show the pics to my grandson tomorrow (he is terrified of wasps and bees) so I keep trying to talk to him about them and will be nice for him to "see" close ups.

GW. Have only been stung once. When we had a greengrocery shop I was standing at the shop door with a male customer waiting for Charlie to return from market. Customer wanted mushrooms, a ruddy wasp flew up my skirt and I just brushed my hand across my skirt not realising what it was. It flipping hurt,that was the day I decided not to wear skirts any more ;D ;D ;D

the little b****r got me on the finger because it was rummaging about in my shopping bag & the other was on my foot in my kitchen.i screamed & screamed but no one came to rescue.......mr gw just thought i'd found a spider ::) ::)
last time i was in a skirt was the 80's ;D
