Can anyone please help?! I'd love to know what this is, it's growing on someone's allotment, but I don't ever see the person who works it. It really stands out though and I'd love to grow it. Thanks so much for any responses!

I have geum Mrs Bradshaw in my garden.  A lovely plant, but it does like to flop!
