if you look really carefully, you can see the new brassica bed behind the bean rack.
;D
you hace been busy, what a transformation! do you know you have a wee casper!! whats that in the botton right hand side of the second pic? it looks like a wee tiny ghostly boy!!
roflmao even harder now .................. that's the wee boy bit of a girl and boy looking at a bug through a magnifying glass (probably trying to burn the wee thing). ;D my birfday pressie from the m-i-l ......... and you can probably see the other half of the pressie ....... bottom left by the honeysuckle trough - Winnie and Piglet ;D
i really did think you meant the pot of carrots !!! lmao
glad to hear it!! fot u had spooks!!!!! a bit fancier than my two-of-the-seven-dwarfs the boys bought me from the £ shop, still think it looks like a wee spooky wean but i'll believe you.x
just as nasty though ..... :o ............ I can't believe i've just said that :-X
;D
Good for you missis, you've got the bug then? :D
i seem to have caught one or two under the onion netting ;D
Mrs KP That's what I call a good result. Happy gardening.
Lorna
busy bee ;D
i found a couple of ginger bees the other day !!! :o
they must be indulging in the baa~bru ;) ;D
Wowee! Height of luxury being able to step out the back door and into that veg garden. Just one Q tho', where's the BBQ going? ;D
Dave
it does mean that i can put in slightly over my "30 mins" every day ;D
and i haven't shown you the "living area" yet ..... am waiting for waggi to come up with a Asda tip on when the barbies are being reduced to put it here ...... somewhere
;D
Looks brill Mrs KP !
Well done ;D
Did you have to level the garden? that must've been seriously hard work.
Am jealous of your fabbie net cages - what did you use for the supports?
ooooh gorgeous. can just picture me sitting there with a laptop and a4all!! pure bliss, definitely beats my plastic chairs from b&q sale £1.25 and an old tree stump for a table.
SMP1704, yip mate, had to turn the high right side, over to the low left side. the OH built a low retaining wall made out of pinched pallets, not been treated or nowt, so i hope the whole thing don't collapse anytime soon !! good thing about clay is that it compacts reasonably well and by the time the wall does rot, the soil should be pretty solid. :P
the white frame is made out of recycled gazebo (which was only ever erected once before i decided that the wind would have it away before i could blink), someone else on here posted the pic of his one, but can't remember who now :'( and the green one is reclaimed walk-in greenhouse frame/joints, that again the wind got to and wrecked.
the gazebo "mosquito" netting was cut up and made into covers for three of the beds, and i still have one spare, so it wasn't a totally wasted exercise buying the thing ! the m-i-l provided the plastic ties from her work :P and the green netting ws just cheap old stuff off e-bay. the pigeons haven't started using it as a trampoline - YET !
i really fancy an awning and have the pooters outside for that one day in june that it will be warm enough weedbusta !!! ideally i want to knock out the lounge window and just be able to walk out rather than from round the side. i don't think i'm quite up to that yet though. ::)
