Title: broad bean tips

does anyone have any good tips for broad bean tips? I have pinched them all out today and have about a carrier bags worth! I remember Tim mentioned yuocan stir fry them which i am going to try tonight with some noodles. anyone else have any good ideas. can you eat them raw. they smell lovely adn broad beany. ;D

Sarah Raven mentions wilting them over risotto - you can certainly eat them raw, as she did so on the GW prog on which this was featured. I would have thought you could use them as a green in a mixed veg soup too. I'd be interested to hear how you get on.

I quite like them added to spicy cous-cous salads..mmmmmmmmm I do love broadbean leaves!
