Title: Clematis columbiana 'Ylva'

Not mine, I have it but not as floriferous as this one. Height? about 6 inches and flowers as big as normal alpina.

Cut it  right back after flowering to produce more growth and then more flowers next year.

And take the prunings and root them? Yeah. Definitely. Macclesfield yesterday by the way.
