Title: Blueberry disaster
Post by: emma h on May 05, 2006, 21:07:08
I bought a blueberry plant from T&M which was doing really well in my conservatory. It flowered well and this week i put it on the patio as it's been so warm.  Over the week the leaves have gone golden, wilted and now they looklie they've been pulled off..it's a very sorry plant.  Any ideas what might have gone wrong? or whether I can save it?

Blueberries are acid lovers.  They need ericaceous compost and rain water or boiled water.  Might this be the problem?

Give it a boost of liquid tomato feed and some sequestered iron too and see if it recovers.
