I've just realised that I'm now classed as 'not so new'....my boys have been telling me that for ages,but seeing it in print......well !!

Maybe the site should use the hierarchy from Victorian gardens. So you'd get Apprentice, Improver Journeyman, Journeyman, Foreman and Head Gardener.
