I have acquired an amount of scaffold netting which at the time I thought would be great to make a fruit netting for the raspberries, having had a look at it it appears to be a bit dark, does anyone have any ideas or used it?
Is it the green stuff? If so, I bought a load last year on ebay and intend to use it over my cabbages. Loads of other plots on my site use it on everything from fruit, onions, salad etc so I think you'll be okay.
on my site it is used as a temporary fruit cage - the raspberries dont seem to mind it at all
i've used it to stop next doors weeds from blowing in, and for fruit and brassicas. i'm hoping to grow peas etc up the fence. i'l try to post a pic...
oooh, i like your double glazed greenhouse, weedbusta
Hi tilts, Hi all, :)
I made my fruit cage sides with it, I don`t have enough to do the top so I`ll use lighter netting. Others on my site use it 100% and never seem to have problems,

;D ;D ;D
Not only is it a stylish double glazed greenhouse...I SPY GNOMES!!!!!!
lol
;D
they're not gnomes!! ::) they're two of the seven dwarfs. my boys bought them for me with their pocket money and although i leave them where they will get tripped over, kicked etc....they've still not smashed. the greenhouse was built using old window frames (no two the same size)by a lovely guy at our plots. just had to buy the nails. who needs ventilation systems when you can open a window. ;)
