Well there I was, thinking how really efficient I have been in getting some hanging baskets filled and hung :) ...
... when along came Mr Blue Tit who has spent ALL day stripping off the 'fuzzy bits' from the basket liner :-\ ...
... it now looks very nude and rather manky ???
... but I likes baby peeping, right bang on the patio ;D
FL. I know the feeling!!! Last year I had pots with the round mat type of liners the birds just stripped them for nesting material and I was left with just the thin plastic inner lining!!. Had to carefully remove plants and put new (different type ;D) liner in.
Have you put your baskets out already? I have five planted up in the greenhouse but was a bit worried in case it is a bit early.
Lorna
Sorry FL should read hanging baskets NOT pots!!
Persistant little begger he is too, the liner is now nude 3" from the top of the basket ;D
Lorna these were early spring baskets, with violas, violets and pansies in them, so no worries about the weather ;)
Ah. Now I understand. :)
