Beejay, that sounds delish, will definitely be trying it.  Maybe you should post a copy in the Recipes section so it can be found again easily?

Have a dish full of roasted bubby in the fridge.  Love it warm with honey drizzled over.  In fact, love it fullstop!  ;D

We inherited a wonderful big clump of rhubarb in our garden.  OH wouldn't let me touch it first year, cos he said we didn't know what had been put on it, but last year we had loads from it, and this afternoon I've stewed some in the microwave with brown sugar.  I haven't forced it at all, it just obviously really likes where it's been planted.  :)

Add some strawberries when stewing rhubarb - it takes away that need-to-clean-your-teeth feeling, for some reason. I can't harvest mine yet, as I moved to a new place last year and started growing it from seed - each plant has about 5 sticks now but I was told to let it be for another season before harvesting any.  :'(
