Title: Parsnip greens
Post by: David R on April 18, 2006, 19:17:48
After leaving a few parsnips in a bit too long, I now have some lovely looking leafs; tempting I think to cut for the pot.

Poison or pleasure?

Even touching the leaves can bring some people out in nasty rashes, don't eat them for gawds sake

I think it was Emma Jane that posted a picture of her arm that was covered in a nasty rash from touching parsnip leaves, looked worse than nettle rash. :o
