Use the [ img ]and [ /img ] tags - second button underneath the italic button when composing. Place the image file details in between the tags. Hopefully that should work. Dont make the image size too large!
[Edit] topman, for some guidance, find a post with a picture on it. Then click on the quote button. You will then see what I was trying to explain, not very well, above! Photobucket is good for hosting pictures, and it's free.

You might get some ideas from here? Don't know!

I cover all but the top leaves. At this stage, they win!!
Have you paid your money to Dan - or are you doing it on photobucket or similar?

.....do i cover the sprouting leaves or not......
Ideally do not cover, as the plants need the leaves for energy via photosynthesis, but if there's a frost coming and you don't have any fleece, a thin covering of soil will protect them

Topman,
How big are the polythene bags - they look a bit small, unless you are going to plant them on somewhere?
Phil
Spuds are in growbags cut in half the idea is to unroll the bag as i earth up ,have about another 10ins to go .Same as you i think they are a bit small but remember reading somewhere on A4A that you can do it like this.
I'm new at this lark perhaps i've got it all wrong but you live and learn TOPMAN :P :P :P

That seems like a good idea, they looked smaller in the picture.
The size of the resulting tubers will depend on how crowded they are and the quantity by how high you can heap the compost.
Remember they are very thirsty and hungry. Liquid seaweed is good stuff!
