Title: Greenhouse Virgin..
Post by: katynewbie on April 12, 2006, 19:20:24
???

Run out of space on windowsills so been to my new, unheated, greenhouse with a tray of seedlings tonight. Weather is supposed to be ok tonight, no frost predicted, but put fleece over them just in case!

Also put some Broadies in loo rolls in there which I just sowed, in case I have a disaster and need more, the question is will they be ok? Will take the fleece off tomorrow morning.

No idea what I am doing, can you tell?!!!!

;D

That's where we all start off katynewbie, just enjoy the extended seasons you get ... and somewhere pleasant to garden when it's raining !

Katy - remember that young seedlings don't like direct sun - & that they can get V hot in the 'house & dry out V qiickly.

There are some good pointers here: http://earthnotes.tripod.com/seeds.htm
