Superb creatures! Are they full up of broccoli, or just in love?

Lovely photo's Eric.   ;D ;D   I get quite a few pheasants in my garden and I am sure they prance up and down, looking towards the house, just to see if they can wind up our dog and get her to bark.   ::)

I love the pheasants.  Why are they such stupid birds though - instead of flying, they just run across the road.  It is so sad so see the ones that have been caught by the cars on our country roads.  I have nearly caused a pile-up many a time when almost stopping for a pheasant to cross the road - unfortunately not all motorists are as considerate >:(

Lovely photo BTW Eric :)
