Title: walking stick cabbage

my mum gave me a packet of walking stcik cabbage today, has anyone ever grown this and more to the point, has anyone ever made a walking stick out of one?  ;)

I grew walking stick Kale...same thing maybe.  It grew humungous!  By the time it was 6 foot, I could no longer seriously keep the pigeons off.  The leaves were tough, but edible, just took a bit longer to cook.  Never made walking sticks, did it more for the kids to gape at.  You could grow them, then get Ken Kew to carve you a lovely stick!  ;D

Yes I bought some seeds and looking forward to growing some just to see how big they get and also have a go at making a walking stick. 8)

Be a talking point for my lottie neighbours too. ;D

will do fb, if you want a couple of seeds i can send them, i'm only going to set two off, to keep one. it feels like there are about ten in the packet.
