First attempt at posting a picture - let's see if it works.
This is a Pulsatilla vulgaris I was given by palustris last year. Shame I didn't quite get the whole flower in the shot.

I thought they were supposed to flower at Easter - hence the name Pasqueflower?
Ceratonia, congratulations on posting picture at first attempt. Many others have failed after lots of attempts. Also lovely clear photo.

And even our earliest one P. grandis is still only in bud.
Lovley picture.
Mine form the same source are not flowering yet - but the hellebores finally are.
wow c :)
And not to be outdone, here is Pulsatilla grandis. Sadly this plant has never set seed and I have never been able to get another plant to cross fertilise.
WOW eric, I'm not really a flower fan, but this is a Beauty 8). You must have a really good camera to get this detail - what is it?
oops, accidentally came away from the local nursery with a pulsatilla, and another auricula. I blame you lot.
The freesia bulbs were all my fault though.
Camera is a Fugi5600.
Lovely photos from both of you. (btw guys the snowdrops and winter aconites have all taken, thank you so much).. Lorna.
