Print Page - Need help on printing -

- for the first time ever, can't print from computer. Need to!

Printer is ON (HP 2355 PSC) - have tried every whichway to 'print'.

I'm losing my cool.

Ok, assuming you checked the cables and they are connected as normal then you could;

1. go to Start > Setting > Printers
see if the printer's status is ok, if so then right click and select 'properties'. Then click on the 'Print Test Page' button.

2. Have you tried printing from another applications to see if that works?

3. hmm.... have you rebooted ;D

Thank you both - good thinking for the future.

Idiot me - as said, what do you always try if the thing sticks? - yes, restart - which I eventually did, by default, & it cleared the blockage, spewing out a dozen prints!

Lesson - don't lose your cool - just think!!
