Just....are they active at night?
Thanks, Lish
Not usually Alishka. They tend to only be seen around until dusk.
Unless they are urban/suburban squirrels, in which case they will be out and about all day, particularly when there might be food to scavenge or tourists to pester ;D
Thanks both - that's what I thought. We're over-run with squibs here, but I sort of thought they (exhausted after a day's vandalism?) doss down for the night. Reason for question, tho.....on Friday night there were 'animals' in my neighbour's back garden - mad rapists lusting after her body, she reckons (and, honestly she's not the pretties flower around, tho I'm sure her mother loves her..).....I said it was bound to be cats....then thought "squirrels"? ..anyway she called in the Pandas - 2 arrived -......and surprise, surprise, no mad rapists - and the cats had long gone too.
Twas a bit of excitement tho...... ::)
Oh that made me laugh. LOL
It reminded me of a neighbour of ours who said she thought someone had dumped a baby in her back garden. Hard I would have thought with 6' fences all around it!!! ::)
Anyway she called an ambulance and the police - when they arrived they found out it was only someone's Siamese cat calling because it was in season!!! :P Bet she was really embarrassed!!!! :-[ :-[ :-[ Didn't see her for a few weeks after that incident - can't think why!!!!
