Crafty lot!!
Wasted a lot of my day, because the download kept sticking at 86. After many attempts, had to go to my server to clear the backlog.
Update at 1500hrs - 1041!!
First and foremost Tim, do you have an account with "Chase"? The reason I ask is that I too have had several emails from so called "Chase Banking" and the irony is that I do not have an account with them, I do believe they are a bonafide banking company but the emails are fraudulent.
I managed to eventually find an address to complain to this bank and they did confirm that these were indeed fraudulent emails, the address is abuse@chase.com
