Title: It is really on it`s way
Post by: rosebud on March 15, 2006, 17:43:52
Spring is truely round the corner, been out in the garden for ages today and when hubby came home we sat and had a coffee outside that was at 4`O CLOCK, WOW, still sunny and comfortable, more of the same tomorrow.

Yes, I managed to go for a long run this afternoon, without a top (just a T shirt), hat or gloves. There was a lovely spring 'smell' in the air, and a buzz, that is the only word I can use to describe it.

I noticed spring today too, was at the allotment in my t-shirt, the temps were reading 12C but in this beautiful sunshine it felt a lot warmer. Lovely! :D

I agree!  Worked today and when I had my coffee break I sat in a chair, out of the wind, closed my eyes, face up to the sun and revelled in that suns rays.  Cannot tell you how much I have missed that feeling of sun on my skin!  If it is like that tomorrow, I think I will be spending the day in MY garden!  ;D

Well its not reached the blooming Scottish Borders yet.  Daffodils have gone back into the ground and as for the poor crocus well they have never opened out at all.  Its blooming freezing here and the snow is falling once more at Midnight.
