No recipe I am afraid, but what about soya milk instead of "normal" milk?  I buy soya milk IC from supermarkets and it is fantastic, even milk drinkers (I am intollerant to milk) enjoy it  ;D  low fat, healthy...

If you blend ripe strawberries you can freeze them as a sorbet, no sugar or fat required. I do this and serve with cold Bird's custard made with skimmed milk.
I have also blended the strawberries with the custard and frozen it, that is also very nice and very low in fat, although I do use a little sugar with the custard.

Freeze your summer strawberries - hulled - and when needed, shove in the food processor with a little icing sugar (if desired) & some lemon juice.  Instant sorbet.

Grab a vanilla yoghurt smoothie and chuck it in the ice cream maker. Instant vanilla frozen yoghurt.
