When I was there on Sunday, bought 6 x 40cm planters @ £2.29 ea. Thing is, just been putting drainage holes in them & in the bottom one there was the till receipt - got 2 of them for free ;D Must have been on a buy2 get 3rd free offer, but there was nothing written on the shelves. Have noticed before at Wilkos that reductions don't show up 'til you're at the till - as it were. So gonna do a container count before Sunday and go back & get all I need - might be in luck again ;D
Worth trying at your local shop if you need to buy any.
What a nice surprise lishka!!
I came away with another 10 seed trays the other day! Only went in there for a quick look around!
A pair of standard garden shears for £2,99 and a pruning saw at the same price. Can't be bad!
my local wilkos is doing seeds on a bogof chepest free ofcourse the other half went mad when he thought how much id spent on seeds then when it came to paying he said i could go back coz they were cheep (he was only joking) i havent told him i did go back just yet ::)
can recommend their shears and clipper thingys ... managed to get mine half price in the October sale and have been very good.
They are also doing a whole range of secateurs - bypass style mainly, from £2,99 up to £6,99, with a whole range of different type handles and grips. Something else for me to drool over at silly prices.
Wilkos is coming to Watford in March. Do hope they do good 'Opening Offers' ;D
Watch out for their BOGOF seeds offer - they're actually only BOGOF if you only buy all packs at the same price.. mumble mumble.
ie I tried to get 2 x £2 packs and 2 x 39p packs, and they were going to give me the 2 x 39p packs free, not 1 x £2 and 1 x 39p. Makes quite a difference!

It was the girl at the till who pointed this out to me (bless her!) & sent me back to the racks to choose some more - no hardship there, then ;D
Oh how I wish they'd come to Reading :(
keep missing out on so many good things!

There's one in Didcot if that's any help.
