If you live in Lancashire County, Blackburn with Darwen or Blackpool they are giving away free compost bins plus free lidded bucket.

Mm, I applied for one of these ages ago. It never arrived, I phoned up to say so, they went 'Mm, weird' and I still never received one..

I gave up and paid a fiver to my local council. :/
