Thanks for all your kind wishes after my illness, been up the allotment today for the first time in 2 and a half weeks it was great to be up there again. I did not overdo things being my first time out for a while, not feeling 100% yet but getting there, and boy was it great to come home and watch a great display by the English in the rugby.

Hello Richard, pleased to hear you are feeling much better but do take things easy for a few more days. Yes what a treat the rugby was really enjoyed the 2nd half.
