i live in manchester can i grow watermelon my little girl has seen them on maggi and the beast and wants one and if i can can anyone tell me the best seeds to get for her thanks very much appresiated

You can, but you'll need to do it in a greenhouse/polytunnel

Have a look in a few catalogues at seeds - that'll let you knw how large they're likely to grow (the larger the melon the more careful you have to be about watering.

thank you for the advice im going to get some seeds and try ill grow these at home i think so i can watch them  ??? and i can make a small poly tunnel i hope
