Forgive me if I'm out of line here but, as I see it:

1. He is not 'aka Dan' - he is DAN the BOSS.

2. PM's? - join the queue - as explained previously?

3. Private follow-ups should be private - like e-mail?

4. Dan has a job, too!!

first of all yes i do forgive you and yes you are well out of line i am new to the site and a very good site may i add so i did not know the score regarding PMS at the top of the page it says aka Dan so i thought that was his name i also know he is the boss and what a fine job he is doing
so please don't treat everyone like idiots because were not i am just getting over my 3rd stroke in the last year i know my brain is a lot slower now since my stroke but I'm far from daft so please an apology wouldn't go amiss
