Title: Overwintering Onions
Post by: katynewbie on January 30, 2006, 01:09:05
???

Have been given a bag of them by someone who didnt get them in around December. If I put them in now am I right in thinking they will be ok, just small?

Not tight, but think it would be criminal to waste them!!

Yes, they should be fine but they will be smaller, ideal for pickling though.

Or adding whole to stews and casseroles, or in with roasts?
