What do you do while you're watching the 6am news??
You can just get in a mile at 'pensioner speed'!!
Tim get yourself a dog and enjoy that beautiful countryside that surrounds you.
Um nothing nearly so energetic Tim, and very unhealthy, we sit down with a drinkie and eat a handful of cashews! :-[ :-[ :-[ Well done you! ;D
Full of admiration Tim. I have still to fulfill my New Years Resolution to start a fitness regime. We are usually having our evening meal around that time. :) busy_lizzie
Tim did say 6am news!
I'm still tucked up in bed then!! ;)
OPPPSSS Must wear my glasses when reading posts! :o :o :o :o NOT drinkies then, honest!! Tucked up under my warm duvet, dreaming of who knows what! DP
Tim you have my admiration!
Have to confess that I too am still under the duvet.
CLx
Ooops too!! :-[ Sorry not paying attention as I should. Even more filled with admiration Tim! Like CL under my duvet and in the land of nod. ;D busy_lizzie
6 AM :o :o :o, i never surface before 7 AM, Tim you put us to shame!!!
I have heard of this 6am....
It's the best part of the day once it is light at that time, but I do find it hard in the winter. I love sitting out with a cup of tea very early with only the birds for company, bliss.
Roy - I have been known to fall heavily (from 6'4" & 14 stone) into ruts - or rose bushes - so?
And walkies? In my night attire???
Tim - You must be BONKERS ;D (in a nice way)
I am well and truly soundo at that time and could no more contemplate being up and exercising than I could swimming then Chanel.
Either being bothered by the kids, or snoozing waiting for my darlings alarm to go off at 6.30am. You will be doing the marathon next Tim!
Cant Watch the news then Tim....5.00am over here 5.15
Walking with the Dog
0545.....In Work.....0600 Working Hahahahaha.
Hello Tim ;) ;D ;D ;D
Another one who is still in bed at 6am.
I'm going to tell my OH about you Tim. He has promised himself to lose weight and has been "meaning" to get out of bed and go cycling in the mornings before work.
Just thinking...how come when I have to get up during the week I find it really hard whereas on a weekend when I could sleep for a bit longer...I'm wide awake?!
6am, what's that? A mile a day helps you work, rest and play (or was that Mars)...
At 6am I'm usually chasing a toddler round the house getting ready to go to work and nursery. Probably do almost a mile doing that!
Sorry to divert but did you have a nice birthday Caz and baz?
At 6.00am Peter gets up and then I drink the tea he makes me. 8)
Oh, God - the whole spiel lost again. I really must remember to save everything before trying to post. It takes me hours to re-create!
Baggy - swimming - in Chanel No5?
Tulip - so sorry, But you're young? Or younger? And been there, done it - like 'dawn readiness', night operations. Russia - no night etc!!
Heldi - 'twas always thus! I can't rest beyond 5am but, if it's dustbin day, hello??

I have heard of this 6am....
It's just a myth, bupster - doesn't exist. I've never seen it, anyway ::) .
6am is time to watch 'The Hoobs'. rather than the news. Today we learnt that Lemons are sour, but taste nice with sugar on a pancake. ::)

In your case it was middle of the day, having spent most of the night getting up to see to you!
Well this morning it was 5am, as we had to get up to play with the birthday presents from yesterday. The roller skates to be precise. The fact that it was pitch black and freezing cold outside did eventually deter him, but he still put his elbow and knee pads on over his pyjamas anyway.
Nice to see that our grandsons are taking our revenge for us!
And 5 am is when Hannibal decides to start the tunnel from the kitchen to the garden! That is after spending 20 minutes trying to smash down the door!
Tim, I told OH and he announced he is going swimming tomorrow morning!
My guilty admission.......
Friend sent me an SMS this morning asking if I wanted to go riding. I was still in bed at 8.30 and with only half an hour's notice....the answer I'm afraid was 'not today thanks'.
It was raining as well!
Oh dear.....
the onlt time i see anything b4 730 am is when iv not been asleep the night b4 eather with ill children r to many cups of coffe the day b4 lol
He now has announced that "we" are going swimming. Hmmm...my dastardly plan has backfired somewhat :D
Heldi your message really made me laugh!
Thinking of how many times the use of the royal 'we' means I'm in for something I'd rather be out of!
