Oh I love them too Eric, the 2nd one is fantastic, how do they smell?

One day I shall own one, they are on my must have list ;D

Was admiring a few of these in the Botanic Garden earlier -  fantastic scent. I even wrote the names down - they have Hamamelis x intermedia 'Jelena' and Hamamelis mollis 'Pallida', which seemed to be much stronger smelling.

Their Winter Garden looks superb when it's a bright, frosty day.

You would not say that either of ours has a strong smell, BUT there are varieties which do fill the air, or so they claim. Answer = buy in flower.
The shrubs these came from cost less than £5 the pair. To buy one now of equal size would be nearer to £50 each!
