Title: Walkingstick ferrules
Post by: kenkew on January 20, 2006, 13:09:38
Not really a swap but you never know!
One of my hobbies is making walkingsticks. I have searched all over my part of the world for ferrules. (the metal bit at the end of walkingsticks) without success. Anyone know a contact for these?

That's a thought, Mike, thanks. I did come across some in Antwerp but they wanted â,¬3.5 each for them. Adds too much to the finished article.

I'll ask my old boss. His Dad makes walking sticks too, so he might know.
