Title: Cavelo Nero
Post by: stevep on January 20, 2006, 12:25:49
Hi all

Wonder if you can help. I saw Cavelo Nero mentioned in a post by you. I love it & want to grow some but haven't been able to find seed! Can you tell me where I can get some please? I'm in Ireland but shouldn't have too much of a problem ordering I hope ;-)

Best wishes

Steve

Hi stevep, you will find cavalo nero seed (sometimes called Black Tuscan Cabbage) listed under the 'Kale' section in most of the standard seed catalogues. I've seen it on Edwin Tucker and Franchi Seeds of Italy websites this month. Yum! :P ;D

I have grown it with seeds from The Organic Gardening catalogue.
