Does anyone know where i could get hold of a second hand or cheap polly tunnel frame in the nottingham area?, ive just got a good sized allotment and this is something i would like to add.
Thanks
Phil
Tried ebay?
The best I have seen locally is buy two get the third free for a total price of £34.
You could always make your own using either greenhouse glass, plastic corrugated sheets or plastic sheeting.
In each case you just need some heavy gauge wire, the sort farmers use for electric fencing and you can make the hoops or in the case of glass, supports.
I use the wire to also make the holding down pegs which works well.

Growbe, are you talking about a cloche?
I think Phil meant a full sized walk-in polytunnel. There are a couple on ebay at the moment.
There's a link to a good site that explains how to make your own / easily and cheap.
It's somewhere in this forum have a search
Is it Poly tunnel or polly tunnel? ???
I ave visions of a tunnel with lots of polly parrots in it ;D
I think this is the link to the DIY tunnel, I'm thinking of having a go myself.

There's another (link) on the forums - pictures are in colour and it looks a bit better. Can't find it tho' so maybe I'm imagining it.
