Dan , each time i post i have to click the refresh button before anything appears, and when it shows the last person to post on that thread, i have to do it again before my reply will show ???, never had to do that before, can you help please.

Setting the site to refresh every time slows it down, as do vast numbers of stored messages. Lets see how it goes.
