Can anyone tell me what exactly is the situation with PMs?
Before the site was shut down for upgrades, I had one unread PM in my inbox. I was unable to get to read it before the shutdown. Shortly after the site came back online I checked my emails and went to read the PM. The site would not let me get to my inbox to read it . This morning I can read messages in my inbox, plus saved messages in my outbox but i cannot send any new messages.
If PM-ing is to be withdrawn then that is a great shame since many members use it to contact each other privately to swap seeds etc. I do appreciate it has been abused of late by some, which means once again the selfish minority have spoiled it for the majority.

I went into the member map today. i got my 'pin' placed then went back into it again and no pins appeared. Then the whole site went down. We are still having some problems with the software evidently

I've just replied to Elkebe's FOA in the Swap Shop - so gathered that there were still probs with PMs, so...
taking this opportunity to say that I posted yr seeds off this afters...6 each of Ferline & Sungold (cos there were only 15 in the pkts), 20 Tigerella Mr. Stripey (loads more of those in the pkt ;D) and a freebie packet of Harbinger.
