Title: Grape scissors
Post by: Vez1 on January 13, 2006, 16:34:11
Does anyone know where I can buy a set of grape scissors? I had too much fruit on my vine in the summer so want to trim the bunches of grapes this year.

Lightweight snips like these do the job:

or from here:

These tools are known as harvesting snips, as far as I am aware.

Aren't grape scissors those weird things with one blunt edge that you see on old-fashioned dinner tables -my mums got a (useless) pair.

I'd have though a pair of those long, thin, hairdressing scissors would be good.
