Tuesday: Channel 4 Gillian's McKeith's New Detox
Today: BBC1 Dying to be thin: the real story, Channel 4 Superslim Me: Best and Worst diet
Tomorrow: Channel 5 Diet Doctors Inside & out, Channel 5 Larger than life:eating themselves to death

All on prime time! ::) And I thought all those garden make-over programmes were a bit too much!!!

I did attemt it again the other night, but it still leaves my mind wandering and that is never wise.... :-\

Guess I'm glad I don't watch the terrestial channels now.  I stick to the BBC and cable channels like BBC 4, UK Gold, etc.  Oh and I seem to spend an inordinate time reading A4A, epesh Wardy and Undercurrent Plan's threads! ;)
