Title: A DAY IN A LIFE
Post by: Glyn on December 26, 2005, 13:30:54

I'm sorry Dan for prolonging this rubbish, but I have to say this.

My crime..posting a cartoon of a snowball being thrown, with the caption "Gotcha"
on some "unknown to me" private thread called "un-Christmas" or some crap like that?
Well!! I got sent to the cleaners for that one didn't I !!!
Even got politically/correct religion shoved up me nose!!!!
I even apologised, cos I never meant to hurt anyone, but I obviously did.
Some people here have thought's that haunt and hurt this time of year...
Hence. They don't like Christmas.
I feel for you. I know.

Glyn's Christmas.

Two boy's, aged 12 & 10..I've been their only Barber.
Dead...along with their mother and sister.
Car crash Christmas eve.

Phone call last night.
A friend who I last saw four year's ago..
No heroics here...I saved him and his girlfriend's life 30 years ago (details not important)
topped himself last night.

And you whine on about me raining on your fecking thread??

So many loved people have left this site because of lame fence-sitting bores..
We all have our problems...not just YOU?

Goodbye to all I love...(they know who they are)
And Dan..again, I'm sorry that you had to put up with this crap on what should have been a pleasant time for all?
But some people are just******put your own words in?

PEACE AND LOVE..ALWAYS.

GLYN

OZZY!!!  Put the kettle on, I'm coming home mate?

I have made an apology in the Watershed Glyn, under Icy's thread to me.

This situation has got severely out of hand. I have not sent any abusive messages to anyone, and would not dream of doing so. I empathise with the experiences you have endured, and if you have received condemning messages too, then that saddens me.

I for one appreciate your presence on this site, as I do all the members.
I have learned a valuable lesson over this period, some things are best left private. I have no idea how much of your bother is due to my actions, and how much is due to others, but I bear you no malice at all.

I wish you peace.

Glyn I sincerely hope you don't really mean goodbye!! Where will we get all our watersheds from?? ::) Seriously I fully agree with you regarding so many people have so many hurts and they seem to be more significant at this time of the year.  I for one have had terrible tragedy over the past three years and still have with family members. Thank God I am a very strong person and no way will I inflict my worries and hurts on people especially my beautiful 4 children and 8 Grandchildren. I must admit to sending pm's and emails to a couple of special friends on here referring to my problems however, I made it clear that they were not for general postings. Glyn, Good luck, Happy New Year and lets hear from you. ....Lorna.

Glyn, my heart bleeds for you and those poor, poor families....not sure what to say, but please don't go... :'(
If you did, then I'd have to think of more jokes, and that would empty the forum quicker than anything....and cos

1 I need advice on how to cope with the one snow flake due
2 There may be 3
3 you're a lovely bloke
4 You take amazing pics
5 You have an honest head on your shoulders
6 You're Glyn
7 You make me laff....

Next post will involve blubbing and that's not a pretty sight to see, so stay...please?

8.  You're a genuine member with something decent to say/read

Don't go join the other missing members who have all left for the same reasons  :'(

Glyn ,PLEASE PLEASE, do not go i couldent bear it if we lost another valuable member it really is to much ..... It is now time for us to sing auld lang syne?.
On our once VERY HAPPY board................I am giving it a couple more days and if things do not settle i am also going, so lets hope somebody sees sense and stops all this ............................before there are only TMs left to talk to each other.

Poor Dan, to have his Christmas interupted by all this bullsh** is just to much to put words to it.  Glyn PLEASE rethink. :'(
