Perhaps with good reason, many people are going round wishing festive greetings everywhere. But there are many, even if only a minority, who don't wish to partake of this festive spirit.
So I have created this tiny haven, purely for those who wish to enjoy this period without all the hype and brainwashing ...
Request to posters ... PLEASE do not adulterate this thread with festive greetings, it is intended to be an oasis of calm for those that wish to leave Christmas outside ...

No Glyn - I have to agree with Derek here it was a personally requested Christmas free thread. Would you have done that to a Muslim, Hindu or Buddhist who had made the same request. Would Derek have interfered with your Christmas - no I do not think he would. I personally think you should apologise to him.
Out of simple human decency, leave me be without me having to leave the forum eh?
