Title: Someone's having fun at our expense?
Post by: tim on December 23, 2005, 06:52:41
If it isn't Spam, it's something else. I've had 640 repeat messages from one of our sons since last evening. What the hell goes on??

email, you mean?
i would suggest he has a virus on his computer that keeps emailing out??
either that, or your ISP has trouble delivering email to you and keeps repating it.....

I would go with the virus theory. Tell your son to scan his computer with a virus scanner. And make the virus scanner is updated. It is not his fault.

Hi to everyone and may I wish you all a merry christmas and a prosperous growing 2006
If your son doesnt have virus protection on his computer tell him to try http://housecall.antivirus.com/housecall/start_corp.asp  (http://housecall.antivirus.com/housecall/start_corp.asp) they have a FREE online virus checker, but it is not the answer to not having virus protection

Can't call you Meg - because you're a chap. But welcome! And thanks to all.

Yes - indeed - anti this & that - he's been in professional whatnots for 15 years or so, & tells me all the time what to do. I've scanned this end a couple of times with 2 systems.

It's now 748!! I'm getting BORED!!

Tim, make sure you are up to date with your virus checker incase it is now in your computer.  I had a worm last night.  Not very nice I thought but my Norton Security got rid of it.  Good luck.
